Kennedy FitzGerald &
Associates has considerable experience in a wide variety of

construction awards. The varied portfolio in both new and
refurbished buildings includes major and smaller projects in
the areas of housing, health, education, commerce, industry,
leisure and the arts. The Practice also has ongoing expertise
in PPP/PFI methods of procurement, and has successfully
reached financial close in a number of healthcare and
education projects.
The services offered include feasibility studies, preliminary
and detailed design for new and existing buildings, interior
design, project management, planning supervision and Health
and Safety duties in accordance with CDM Regulations. The
Practice operates a quality and environmental system
conforming to ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001:2004.
The Practice encourages a professional design team approach
with Partner involvement at each stage of the project.
Emphasis is placed on professionally qualified architectural
staff committed to good design and the efficient production of
documentation from start to finish. This, combined with close
liaison with the Client, results in buildings which not only
meet the needs of the Client but which are also completed on
programme and within the approved budget.
